The massage techniques in a full-body aromatherapy massage incorporates strokes from the traditional Swedish massage, Acupressure, Shiatsu and Reflexology. Aromatherapy massage is slower and more relaxing than traditional massage. The aim is to bring you into a state of deep relaxation... mind...body...spirit...
It is only when the body is completely relaxed that it can start to heal itself.

Contraindications to Aromatherapy Massage.
Aromatherapy is a holistic treatment. It is geared to treat the whole person. There are however, a few times when it is not appropriate for me to give someone an essential oil massage, such as;
Under specific medication and drugs
Post-operative State
Advanced Heart Condition
Advanced Cancer
Advanced Vericose Veins
Any Acute Condition
(Please provide a Medical Doctor's written consent before the massage if you are experiencing any of the above.)
And/Or You Are;
Suffering from H1N1 Flu Virus
Suffering from fever or infectious illness
Under the influence of alcohol or drugs,
it is not appropriate for me to give you a massage.
